How to find your bracelet size
- Print at 100% and check the scale bars, then cut out the strip.
- Wrap it around your wrist just below the wrist bone, with the numbers facing out and the numbered end overlapping the START line.
- Pull it snug, not tight. The number that lines up with START is your wrist size.
- Add room for the fit you want, using the table below.

Tips
- Beaded and chunky bracelets sit further from the skin, so add about 0.5 cm more.
- Watches usually fit best at a comfort fit. Check the strap's hole range against your wrist size.
- Bangles must slide over the hand, so measure around the widest part of your hand with your thumb tucked in, not around your wrist.
- Gifts: the average wrist is about 15 to 17 cm for women and 17 to 19 cm for men. When in doubt, a comfort-fit 18–19 cm bracelet suits many adults.

What size bracelet should I get?
Measure your wrist and add 1.3 to 2.5 cm, depending on how loose you like it. For a 16 cm wrist, a comfort-fit bracelet is 18 cm (7.1 in).
Can I use a string instead?
Yes. Wrap a non-stretchy string or paper strip around your wrist, mark where it meets, and lay it on the printed ruler or the online ruler.
My printout is slightly too small. What went wrong?
